Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ton76 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the ton76 platform at https://ton76.cam, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the ton76 platform.
The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:
Access to and use of the ton76 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria at all times:
You must be at least 21 years of age. ton76 strictly prohibits the registration and use of its services by anyone under the age of 21. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where accessing online betting services of the type offered by ton76 is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ton76 does not represent or warrant that its services are legal in all locations.
You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to a court order restricting their financial autonomy are not permitted to register.
Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the ton76 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts, whether personally or through third parties, is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether issued by ton76 or any recognised responsible-gaming authority. If you have previously self-excluded from ton76, you are not permitted to re-register without following the formal reinstatement process outlined in Section 11 of this Agreement.
Age Verification: ton76 conducts rigorous age and identity checks. Providing false information about your age during registration is a serious breach of this Agreement and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law. Adults only (21+).
To use the ton76 Platform, you must complete the online registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian identification number (NIK or passport number), valid email address, active mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. ton76 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account details with any third party. ton76 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ton76 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
All information provided during registration and at any subsequent time must be truthful and accurate. If any of your details change — including your email address, phone number, or banking details — you must update your Account profile promptly. ton76 may suspend or close any Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is false, misleading, or out of date.
All Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ton76 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. Currency conversion, if required, is the Player's sole responsibility and cost.
Before processing a Player's first withdrawal, ton76 requires successful completion of the KYC process. This involves submitting clear photographic copies of the following documents:
ton76 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including but not limited to source-of-funds declarations for high-value transactions or in response to suspicious activity alerts. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days will result in Account suspension.
Standard KYC verification is completed within 1–2 business hours during operating hours (09:00–22:00 WIB). Complex cases may take up to 72 hours. You will be notified by email once verification is complete or if additional information is required.
ton76 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallet transactions. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction vary by VIP tier: Bronze (Rp 20,000,000), Silver (Rp 50,000,000), Gold (Rp 100,000,000). ton76 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. Withdrawals to major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Other banks may take up to 4 hours. Processing times stated by ton76 are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by banking system downtime, public holidays, or fraud-review queues.
Withdrawals are only processed after successful KYC verification. Any active Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed or voluntarily forfeited before a withdrawal can be processed. ton76 may delay or decline a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of this Agreement.
ton76 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply standard interbank transfer charges, which are your responsibility.
Anti-Money Laundering: In compliance with international anti-money laundering standards, ton76 applies a same-method withdrawal policy — winnings must be returned to the same account used for the deposit, to the value of the deposit amount, before being transferred to an alternative account.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by ton76 are subject to this Agreement and to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these General Bonus Terms.
New Players are eligible for a 100% first-deposit match bonus up to Rp 20,000,000. A minimum deposit of Rp 100,000 is required to activate the Welcome Bonus. The bonus is subject to a 30x wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount. The Welcome Bonus must be claimed within 7 days of account registration and completed within 30 days of activation. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Wagering requirements are calculated on bonus funds only unless otherwise stated. Sports bets contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, provided they meet minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal). Live casino games contribute 100%. Togel (lottery) bets contribute 50%. Certain game types may be excluded from wagering contribution — a full list is available in the Player Account dashboard.
Only one bonus may be active per Account at any time. Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash. ton76 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if it has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, including but not limited to coordinated wagering patterns or the use of prohibited betting strategies.
Any Player found to be abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using arbitrage strategies on bonus funds, or colluding with other Players — will have their Account(s) closed and all balances forfeited.
All bets placed on the ton76 Platform are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for verifying the details of any bet — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. ton76 will not accept requests to amend or cancel a confirmed bet except in the circumstances described in Section 7.3.
Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface. Limits vary by game type, event, and Player tier. ton76 reserves the right to adjust limits at any time and to apply individual limits to any Account at its sole discretion.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the Player in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the rescheduling window defined in the sport-specific rules; the bet was placed at clearly erroneous odds due to a technical error; or the bet was placed on a market that ton76 determines was offered in error. Decisions on void bets are made by ton76 at its sole discretion and are final.
All casino games on the ton76 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-run average and do not guarantee any individual session outcome. Slot games powered by Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Pocket Games Soft are subject to the respective provider's game rules, which take precedence over general Platform rules in the event of conflict.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without the express prior written consent of ton76. Scraping, data mining, or using automated tools to extract content from the Platform is strictly prohibited.
ton76 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and forms part of the binding contract between you and ton76.
ton76 applies industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmissions between your browser and our servers. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, identity-verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required by law or as necessary to deliver our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ton76's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ton76 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if ton76 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Games supplied by third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) are subject to those providers' own terms and technical standards. ton76 is not liable for any errors, malfunctions, or interruptions originating within a third-party game engine, provided ton76 acts in good faith to resolve any dispute with the provider on the Player's behalf.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting ton76 support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining after settlement of outstanding bets will be returned to your registered payment account, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending fraud investigations.
ton76 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority. Upon termination for breach, ton76 may retain all or part of the Account balance to offset any losses or costs incurred.
An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or bet). ton76 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee of Rp 50,000 to dormant Account balances, after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance after inactivity will be closed automatically.
ton76 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and by a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ton76 holds its international gaming licence. You agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international arbitration body, conducted in English.
Nothing in this clause limits ton76's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
